Hi I just finished my IELTS GT exam today. I just had 1 week to prepare and study. Heavily relied on this channel. Here are some of the things I remembered for the writing and speaking tests. Will comment back soon after I get the results. I'm not a native speaker. Praying hard to get the bands I need. 🙏

NV

Writing Task 1
Letter on renting an apartment for a holiday
-you're good experience during the previous stay
-one problem encountered
-available dates

Task 2
Many countries rely on childcare. Do you belive that children should be taken care by other people when both parents are working?
Explain the good and bad sides.

Speaking
Task 1
General personal questions
i.e. Accomodation, location of house, pros and cons or what to improve?; knowledge on fixing broken things, dream as a child, etc.

Task 2 (2 min talk)
Have you ever been lost?
-explain how you were lost
-who are you with?
-what have you done after?

Task 3
Random supplementary Qs to Task 1 and Task 2, i.e.
-about getting lost.. and using navigation apps or technology (youth vs older gen)
- do you think that space exploration is waste of money?
