Since she was mistreated and wasn't allowed to go on the vacation, I like it that she cleaned the house and cleared it out of HER furniture and the other things she paid for. MIL wanted spotless, so now it is.

Mothers have a great impact on how their sons treat their wives during a marriage. My MIL was a gem and her son and I have been married 48 years. He's a gem, too.

These moms that raise their kids like this are selfish, because they want to be number 1 at all costs - they don't care about anyone else except themselves. Eventually, most mama's boys and mama's girls end up in a situation like this where they learn the hard way about putting their marriage first.
