You can play this gently in the background — with headphones or speakers, whatever feels comforting. Many people describe a soft warmth in the Root and Sacral Chakras, and sometimes even unexpected tears. If that happens, it’s simply your system releasing what it’s finally ready to let go of. Be kind to yourself as you listen.

With Infinite Love,

May The Blessings Be 🤍

-Rob, Danny, Gaïa and Aurēa (The Sound Healers)

Been in an abusive relationship with a narc for 11 yrs....the damage its done is beyond anything you coukf imagine. Now b/c my physical & mental health is so bad ive been financially dependant on him as well. Ive finally figured out a way to leave and feel sade and start healing, hopefully able to reverse some of my health issues once i'm no longer living in survival mode 24/7. Please pray for me. I'm 46 yrs old and i am so ready to take my life back and find happiness! Thank you so much for this.

Many people who tend to be attracted to narcissistic and (sociopath or worse) might find that one or both of their parents or whomever raised them, has these traits as well. And so, they have been mistreated their entire lives by one person or another. Normal treatment doesn't feel normal to them. What a difficult trap to see yourself in and then escape from. It can be done and you are not alone. Even if you are alone, you are loved by the creator and you deserve freedom and happiness.

Society has been plagued with that trait for centuries. Time the generational curse breakers unite and take back our energy for good. Namaste ☮️❤️🙏

The amount of damage people like that do and most of them don’t feel safe themselves it boggles me. I pray for healing for everyone for this

I've been abused by nothing but narcissists (parents and exes). I feel like I want to cry right now. All the sexual abuse and trauma is just a lot 😢
