Btw, a lot of those 'weeds' are edible and have more nutrients than our modern over bred cultivars.

The idea of building soil instead of constantly fighting it makes so much sense — a no-dig system that produces year-round with less work is the kind of smart gardening more people need to see.

12:45 This is exactly the kind of gardening system that makes self-sufficiency feel realistic instead of overwhelming. A simple 5-bed no-dig setup that can feed you year-round is such a smart and sustainable approach. I really like how you focused on soil health, efficiency, and long-term productivity instead of just quick results. Definitely a video that inspires people to rethink how they grow food 🌱👍

The biggest shift is realizing that productive gardens are built on systems, not effort. A well-designed no-dig garden keeps improving every season, while endless digging often means rebuilding the same problems year after year.
