It's not the children, it's the parents. They are not parenting these children and never have. You see how the adults act, so the children learn what they see and hear. I have a child whose IQ is 70. Not one time in her life has she ever acted like any of these people or children. She knew and still knows that it is unacceptable and she knew as a child what consequences were. None of the adults are accepting responsibility for their own actions much less teaching their children how to.
