This is what happens when trucks are loaded way over the manufacturers design limits, they make a double thick chassis, add many more leaf springs and all that weight is bearing down on the axles, something has to give, a 2 axle truck similar to that would be 18 tonnes max weight here in the UK and I presume the rest of Europe too, lord only knows how much they run them at.
