It's more interesting because they said they didn't prosecute.Because there was a lack of evidence at the time , but when they investigated , they could have easily found the snapchat.......... but they didn't

DA never even bothered to read the report or request for more information he needs to be removed. Never interviewed any of the men. If a girl is severely intoxicated, whether it was her choice or not ,do not have any sexual contact with her ! don’t do it. It’s that easy.
