  I’m confused by this situation. So… the girl is saying she was 18 so a 27 year old shouldn’t talk to her but her friends brought her there with mid twenties men while she is drunk as shit and left her there while she was being felt up? By her logic her friends are horrifying people? So her scenario is her friends are awful neglectful enablers. His scenario is she was an adult who went to a typically older adult space, has fun, regretted it, then got talked into a different perspective.

  At this point, if it&apos;s an online accusation, I want to immediately not believe it. These women make it worse for actual victims. It&apos;s sickening because they&apos;re so dumb and understand nothing.

  i was talking about this whole situation with my bf and we were both getting so pissed. cuz we BOTH knew better at 18. we lost our virginity to each other at 18 and we were very fuckin clear and able to understand that you need to say no if you dont want it. if someone kisses you and you kiss back, then you have consented to being kissed. if youre cuddling for 2 consecutive days and play fighting and hes slowly making a move (asking for consent w/o saying words) and then you dont not stop him, you have silently consented. im so tired of silence is not consent. its SO context heavy. body language is a LANGUAGE it pisses me off that people just cant understand that. if someone touches you and you push them away silently guess what? youve used BODY LANGUAGE to show youre uninterested. you said NO SILENTLY. if someone touches you and you do NOTHING? that means you have consented to being touched. <br><br>also the biting thing is definitely a weird thing of assault. my little sisters ex-bestfriend would bite the FUCK out of her and leave bruises with literal teeth marks. she said it was to show affection but it was one of many different ways to physically abuse her.
