When I first saw your video, I was very impressed with the results of your restoration which successfully restored an old AC that was in a less than ideal condition

Fixing gas leakage from the evaporator coil makes the entire evaporator coil looks like a new one. Man, that is amazing 👍.

he used the multimeter to check direct points which will show continuity anyways. This shows he has no idea of the PCB.

I think this brother trashed the air conditioner himself and then cleaned it himself and then repaired it himself.

a few weeks ago driving home from work, that week was in the high 80s, low 90s, someone dumped their window ac on the side of the road, so i grabbed it and threw it in the trunk, brought it home, took it apart with a video on youtube with the exact model i had, it's from 2010, a GE, and i deep cleaned it, no leaks, started right up, but didnt get cold. The relay pins on the control board had a hairline gap around them so if i moved it it would touch the solder, resoldered and now blows ice cold, got a free window ac thats really nice!!
