  Yeah that&apos;s true digestion works according to the sun. when the sun is high digestion will be high and as it goes down digestion digestion also will go down. Not only in China the south part of India believes that one should have dinner before the sunset but due to the busy life our diet also changed

  Same thing is in ayurveda but most Indians don&apos;t adhere to it specially in urban area due to modern lifestyle.

  The digestive system does get slow at night and since their diet is more meat rich I guess they feel it more. <br>A jain friend of mine also eats dinner before sunset on some days but then they try to sleep at like <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WE5SPjSM4zo&amp;t=570">9:30</a>-10pm and wake up at 6 am when they do it so they don&apos;t feel hungry.

  This is cowpea beans. In bengali we call it &apos;barbati&apos;.. north east and west bengal, bihar, odisha &nbsp;me to ye commonly available hai..
