PLEASE NOTE: During the video intro, I was referring to hypothetical pure water being the best insulator. In reality, pure water is an impossibility due to autoprotolysis and disassociation. Despite this, DI / distilled water (the closest thing possible) is still ONE of the best insulators known. Cheers.
