It’s called a STAKEOUT, he’s watching CLUB ORLANDO not the person. He got an idea or street info that AVON be in the Spot. He’s watching who comes and goes, finding out when will be the best time to catch AVON slippin’.

Explain everything to you girl, you have to listen to the dialogue. STINKUM job is to take the corner from SCAR because they approached him and he refused, So WEE BEY and STINKUM job was to take the corner. When AVON told him in the office and promoted him and they spoke on it in the sandwich shop about running SCAR and his crew off the corner. But OMAR beat them there.

OMAR isn’t just SNITCHING as you call it he’s using the Police to get at AVON and his Crew. Pay attention OMAR every time he’s in the Officer with MCNULTY he’s read there board and all of AVON place and where he be is up there. That’s how he knew about the corner where STINKUM got shot the picture of the block is on the board, Now this time he read the board the CLUB ORLANDO is up there. You have to listen to all the conversations and watch what they say and the body language.
