  And Rogue River floods. I lived on Rogue River Hwy in 1999. Water halfway up the walls as you are closer to the town of RR.

  You have great videos! I was born in Oregon City, was a child in Portland, moved to Iowa age 10-25, moved back to the Portland area, fled Portland in 2021 and bought land in Brookings (paradise) to build a house, but then my husband suddenly died, so I sold the land and moved to east Texas last year and bought a very affordable 1946 house ($93,000 in cash!)... and now I regret it, mostly because it&apos;s not my beautiful home, but also because the summer heat, humidity, and bugs are too much!) By spring I&apos;d like to move back to Oregon to live in the south. I once thought of moving to Ashland or Grants Pass, so thank you for the breakdown. I will probably be contacting you in a few months. I&apos;m 59 now and living with my German Shepherd, so I&apos;ll need to work a few more years and probably rent until I can buy again.

  Netflix can go on vacation until I watch all of your videos. Brian, this is incredible. Two weeks ago I did not know I wanted to move. A week ago I did not know where to. And now I can&apos;t wait to see Southern Oregon. Thank you.

  I’ll save you all some time. The list is Medford and all the communities within a stones throw of it. Was hoping for a more comprehensive look at the Southern part of the state.

  Grew up in white city. <br>There&apos;s not a lot out there. <br>Great memories at the boys &amp; girls club back in early 2000s playing dodgeball and basketball though.

  Ashland is my favorite because I grew up in the big house on triangle park but I love rouge river too 😍
