  With the surrogacy story - Actual OP has a ROCK solid case for a lawsuit AND legal right to terminate parental rights, legally.  She was LIED TO and FORCED TO PAY FOR SOMETHING SHE DIDN"T RECIEVE.  That, my friends, is called FRAUD.  By conceiving WITHOUT her genes, they committed a CRIME, in the laws eyes, not of adultery (which in some places isn't criminal), but of fraud, which is 100% ALWAYS a crime and grounds for legal compensation and termination of parental rights on her part.  Just like if she were the father and it was discovered at birth that the paternity was someone else, the SAME laws apply, only in this case, because she had to PAY for a baby - a legal contract was signed for one - THEY are liable when the baby turns out NOT to have her genes.  This HAS happened before - and in every case, the mislead party ALWAYS wins.  Lawyer up OP, divorce the cheating scumbag (ex) husband, dump (ex) friend, and SUE THEM.  Whether you want to keep in contact with the child is entirely your choice, but I would NOT blame you for having your heart broken too much not to.

  In regards to the letting people stay with them story: NO. The boyfriend is selfish and made a unilateral decision to allow his irresponsible friends infringe on OP. They’ve ALREADY proved that they have and will let things get so bad that OP has had to care for their unruly kids. Like legit they’d let a diaper get so bad that someone else has to change it????? FILTHY

Her grandfather probably left her inheritance that the rest of the family want for themselves, and they don&apos;t want OP to know about it, so they&apos;re cutting her off.

  With respect to the friends moving in: I think you would feel differently about letting them stay with you if you had to work/study as well as feed them, clean up after them and help with a toddler while they were out partying or playing video games. Why didn&apos;t the dad go down for the toddler? And take care of him/her? &nbsp;Why not leave some luggage in the car? You make it sound like OP doesn&apos;t want to help at all and she&apos;s an awful person. She is willing to help, but she isn&apos;t willing to do things they should be doing themselves. You shpuld talk to a woman about this post and maybe &nbsp;rethink your opinion.

  The story about the pregnant op with the husband going to the bachelor party weekend; I absolutely agree with you, that date should never have been suggested, never have been picked, and the husband should never have gone. To me, all those other issues popping up right before, are the universe telling him he should not be going... unbelieveable he still went. She could gave the baby at any moment, the other kid is possibly sick with something that makes op unable to care for him and her mom is in the hospital for emergency surgery... any one of these should have been enough reason to not go and prioritize his family.

  Honestly, you went too hard on OP with the criticism at every corner after saying you are &quot;absolutely not calling her heartless&quot;. Like, yeah, I get you would help in any way you can and that&apos;s great but these people are really not the best and seemingly not even OPs friends. From what I gathered (and please correct me If I am wrong because I am not listening to it again) OP had to change a diaper AS A GUEST while babydaddy was busy playing video games and pregnant Mommy was out partying. And then the &apos;yeah well, you should just leave if it&apos;s too much for you&apos; like saying &apos;why don&apos;t you just move in with a friend for a bit&apos;... Wtf. OP having to literally flee her home so she doesn&apos;t get pulled into too much BS is not the way... Well, I guess it ended differenty than expected anyway but still, that was really a shitty situation all around...
