  This is so weird. I&apos;m a 47 year old woman now but in 1994, I was 16. We saw Marilyn Manson open for NIN. He was walking around in the crowd after their set. I saw him after the show ended and went up to ask for an autograph, as one does. He invited me back and I didn&apos;t go because the thought of my mother&apos;s wrath of I missed curfew well out weighed my desire to be a bad girl. I guess I missed a bullet. It&apos;s pretty gross to now realize he was 10 years older than me. The 90s were a wild time to be a teenager.

  Parents need to start telling their kids that actors are only people with the job of playing roles, and musicians are only people who play instruments for work. They are just human, capable of both good and evil like everyone else, but with the backing of fame and money to hide their wrongdoings. Less kids would put themselves in the company of famous adults alone if they didn&apos;t idolize them.

  I am sooooo happy to hear someone not bleep out those words. This is really refreshing. Just because you bleep out those words doesn&apos;t mean they dont still hold weight. Bleeping out rape, sexual abuse, and any other words like that doesn&apos;t stop them from happening. Thank you for not stigmatizing them.

  How is it that boys can accuse priests 30 years later but women get 5 years tops. There is no expiration on abuse! It&apos;s a life long memory . A life long rehab for the abused. It&apos;s never over.

  My ex fiancé was Manson’s bass guitarist for while and he was also an abusive, psychotic drug addict, who idolized Manson’s brutal behavior. Such deeply disturbed people!

  Hello Eleanor, a horrible crime happened in my city this past week and it has immensely affected the whole town. The remains of 12yo Jacqueline Torres were discovered in a plastic container at an abandoned home in New Britain, CT. Police believe she has been dead since the fall of 2024, her Mother Karla Garcia and Aunt Jackelyn Garcia have been arrested and charged with murder and child cruelty, among other charges. The Mother’s boyfriend Jonatan Nanita has an active warrant for his arrest and will also be charged with murder and child cruelty, among other charges. Like this comment and have this little girls voice be heard worldwide 💙.

  I was with my sons&apos; father for 3 years and was abused by him. Getting pregnant was not from a consensual decision, he took advantage of me and since we were dating nothing was done about it. It&apos;s tragic that this is the world we live in. Just because you&apos;re dating someone doesn&apos;t mean r*pe can&apos;t happen.

  I was raped when I was 15. I gaslighted myself into thinking that I was overreacting so I never got my rape kit done (I didn’t know I had to do that) and I never pressed charges on my rapist. Some months later I decided to go to my gynecologist to get tested for STD or HIV (tested negative). I gained courage to talk to a lawyer and she told me that I couldn’t do anything bcuz victims only have a 6 month period to press charges. I am now 21, and while I am doing better (besides the ptsd), it makes me furious to see my rapist often in his brand new car and house and overall FREEDOM and I’m just here existing…I don’t know if the “6 month period” is a thing here in Portugal but it’s not fair at all. <br><br>(I also believe he took pictures of me while doing the things he did and probably shared them with close friends, since one of them actually commented about something very specific about my body!) <br><br>Thanks a lot for the support, it’s heartwarming to read these comments now because back then I had nobody!
