#6 seemed like an honest mistake in the end, seeing how close they are too each other and both have the same kind of price tags and its hard to know, who's binder belongs to which vendor.<br>#5 wasn't him backing out, it seemed more like he misheard what was going on with the coin flip. <br>#3 is when you go to the bank and file for a charge back, if the guy disappeared with the money, but you have proof of the sale, then with some time, you can get your money back.
