  I love Sugamo. Very short ride to the more &quot;popular&quot; parts of Tokyo but not nearly as busy, and you can stay right near the station for cheap if you&apos;re traveling. Decent shops and restaurants, and a great little bakery right inside the station as well.

  Mike-kun, eigo jozu desu ne!!<br>Aloha Mike, I really enjoyed your video on Sugamo. I’ve seen other videos on this place but you provide more information, suggestions and historical facts! I will definitely visit Sugamo on my next trip in December, hopefully I can find a nice traditional Izakaya and enjoy some nama biru and have small conversations with a “Grandma or Grandpa”😊🙏🏼

  Thanks! Your videos and commentary are very interesting. I will visit Sugamo on my upcoming trip. May I suggest for a future video you give us a tour of one or two university campus areas in Tokyo. In my travels I&apos;ve often found such areas to be worthwhile. Best regards from Canada.

  Whenever I do end up in Sugamo its either night or night rainy, one day ill go when it day time to try the food there and get some photos.

  Great video as always, I guess the quietness as you say is because not being a weekend but at the same time the lack of English signs tell us how few turists walk around there...<br>Is the same in a place like Tachikawa?? I have seen some videos from that place and haven&apos;t found a lot of tourists but don&apos;t know is that true or not.
