  That prawn is not soft shelled it just molted recently. I grew up in Nadarivatu. Catching eels and prawns was one of my favorite things to do. Really love your videos, brings back memories.

  The Freshwater Eels can grow up to 8 to 10 feet long . Should have tried to Fish for some in the Monosavu Dam. Fiji is truly blessed by the Lord except for people , there are no other dangers in the jungle , no panthers , tigers , poisonous snakes , spiders , bears or dangerous insects . It would be a great training ground for our youths to learn orienteering and hiking.

  Good to see the beautiful interior of Viti Levu ❤<br><br>Sad though after the use of chemicals sprays to kill grass , not only &nbsp;grass but kills the soil and the run off after the &nbsp;rains end up into streams and rivers &nbsp;killing the ura, ika droka, vivili and all living organisms in the water systems 😢
