  Of course the Wolves are happy about the Lion's return. Unlike an enemy, a rival is still an ally at the end of the day, and true warriors want their rivals to flourish, because a great rivalry keeps both sides sharp and competitive.

  I'm convinced another part of why the Space Wolves are so happy The Lion is back is also because they believe in the tied fates between him and Lemen. I wouldn't be shocked if some genuinely believed "Wait... Uncle Lion'El is back? DAD MUST BE ON HIS WAY! NO WAY HE'D LET THE LION SHOW HIM UP IN HIS QUEST FOR GLORY!"

  So you know it is suspected that the Emperor's backup plan for bringing Mars into compliance was the Dark Angels. And now in 40k the machnicus are planning sedition and the Lion is Back at the head of his legion. This could be interesting

  We seriously need to get a story of Lion el'Jonson and Guilliman meeting. Games workshop you have had years at this point. Though I also want to see both of the primarchs talk to Bjorn the fell handed since that would be fun.

  I imagine the Lion fighting alongside some Space Wolves and acting like this serious uncle that shows you some skills and other stuff, takes you to interesting places and silently is proud about you just being there and growing up. He might get mad at you because he sees his own brother in you but that's part of the love too.

  The Space Wolves get it. They may have bad blood with the Dark Angels but they know the Lion is here to kick ass for the home team

  Khorn is probably very happy. Lion bashing Angron's head with the Emperor's shield must have been a treat for him.

  Granted while Bjorn's last memory of the lion might be him stabbing Russ in the chest I could also easily see Russ having talked to Bjorn about how that helped heal the relationship between him and Lion
