Brained lakes is central Minnesota. “North” for those in the cities because it’s north of them. North is anything in the 218 area code.

I think most of the people in the Twin Cities metro area refer to anything north of their area as Northern MN. I would consider Brained as Central MN. I agree with the one that stated Fargo/Duluth line. The sunfish with the large mouth is possibly a Warmouth sunfish. It would have been fun to see Tarro go in the water again. Great video!
