  God bless you. I cried all night after my brother has been getting bit at home after staying in an infested hotel room. We just treated the whole house with crossfire and after binging most of your videos, I feel much more calmer. Seriously, God bless you.

  listen to this man...he knows his stuff...had a major bed big problem about a year ago and crossfire worked ...use it the way the label says and you will get good results it just takes time.

  This is the right treatment. Don’t waste money on anything else. We brought those suckers home from a hotel. Did treatment and problem gone. It’s been over a year.

  I did 2 treatments total for bedbugs using your recommendation a year ago  and it worked. Thank you so much!!! Now i will tackle the cockroaches my brother brought to my apartment years ago and i had given up killing BUT now have gone out of control. Wish me luck

  What a great guy you are and such a lovely family. Glad I found you here. I'm a senior in an apartment building near Seattle. Never had bed bugs until recently when they started spreading from one apt to another. I am using an essential oil based spray, but when I get more money next month will buy Crossfire. An exterminator came out about a month ago, checked my bed, said I had no bugs then he left. He was rude and nasty. Since then I have caught 2 crawling on a fabric chair. Even though I sprayed the chair, I'm still terrified to sit in it. I cannot ask for the exterminator to come out again unless I bag up my entire 500 sf apartment. At 71 I don't have the strength, due to anemia, to do that and no one to help me. It would take me a long time. The exterminator uses chemicals and has had to re-treat some apartments several times. It is a never ending cycle with new residents dragging in thrift store furniture all the time. We are a low income senior bldg. I feel so hopeless. Seattle is so expensive, I can't afford to move. If I could, I would gladly get out of this area.

  I have bed bugs that my ex-roommate brought into my house,.  He used to be in pest control and assured me he would take care of it.  Shortly after he moved out, I woke up and saw a black bug crawling on my bed  and thought it was a tick, since I had been cutting grass that day.  Fast forward a few months later, I noticed a pillow that is on my bed next to my sleeping pillow looked "dirty" all of a sudden.  I went to wipe the dirt off of it and saw that dirt "moved"...that's when I found out I had bed bugs...apparently he didn't get rid of them and they found me.  I took my vacuum and sucked up everything I could find, threw that pillow away and another pillow that they were in the seams.  I got a new bed frame and the bed bug traps on each of the four posts.  I have vacuumed extensively and used the crevice tool on my wooden headboard.  I have zipped my box springs and mattress in bed bug proof material.  I dry my clothes all on high heat for 70 mins.  My bed is pulled away from the headboard and I still find 1 or 2 every week on my pillow and my bed is not touching anything...I don't know how they are getting on it.  I guess I will get the crossfire and try it.  I'll be honest, I can't afford the 2 grand that pest control would cost.
