Awww Shai. I had oral surgery many times in that very building in Santa Monica steps from where I was born. Poor baby. He is such a brave lil guy.❤

I cried with you Peta. I have a 1 and 3 year old, and I would be a mess just seeing that sight. Children are life changing, they are surreal and the greatest gifts ever!

My two year old granddaughter was diagnosed with hepoblastoma stage 4 with metasis to both lungs. She ended up with double lung surgeries, multiple hospitalizations with aggressive chemotherapy & a liver transplant. She is now three & it has been 8 months since her transplant. She is cancer free but they said it could come back & they will not say she is cancer free totally for 10 years. I am a registered nurse & feel that medical people that work in pediatrics are very special people. I am glad your son did so well, he is blessed to have such caring parents.

Our oldest had to have first surgery at 5 yrs old. She wouldn’t let go of her dad. No crying just a vice grip hold. He actually carried her to the door that lead to the operating area, then had to be pried off of him. Heart breaking. But, once she was back, ice cream!!
