Right now my 7th grade daughter recently learned about number Sets so my question is - How many irrational number resolve themselves when you apply a Dozenal Scale ? In base 10 the number Pi, square root of 2, and other numbers dont express theselves cleanly on a base 10 calculator

Love the concept but I hate the extra terms and all the duo this duo that is clunky and it makes it extremely difficult for you to keep the language straight in you own understanding which complicates your ability to communicate this concept!

Both base 10 and base 12 are Sexagesimal derivatives.

    1. So a circle has exactly 36 X10 pies. And 30 X 12 pies in base 12. Why do you say only in base 12 does it divide EXACTLY. THEY BOTH DIVIDE EXACTLY. ?!?!

    (.5 * sqrt(1))^2 + (.5 * sqrt(1))^2 = (.5 * sqrt(2))^2 is blowing my mind

In any base system, that slight "aberration" can not be. A say 30 degrees CARTESIAN ANGLE always stays the same, whether called 26 degrees, 1/6 pi RAD or 33,33333333... GRA. The 12 sides polygon here is drawn on a base 13 grid...Why those coordinates? it is not a REGULAR dodecagon, that is, its points do not all have the same radius, the angles are not regular. If we draw a regular dodecagon on 12 base grid, there WILL be grid-polygon radius intersections: 0.1pi at y=3; 0.2pi at y=6; 0.4pi at x=6 and so on (since sin(pi/6)=0.6 base12). But not on these grid coordinates here shown. So I WONDER WHAT you are calculating here, eventually... What can be those "eyes"...
