The best way is to take muscle injections of methyl cobalamin B12 for at least every 3 weeks and take the daily dose of 400 micrograms of methyl folate B9 ππ»

Use B12 under the tongue skips all of this transportation goes straight into the blood, nearly as good as B12 injection

I've been taking B12 for years on the recommendation of my doctor. It's interesting to learn what it's actually doing for me. My B12 as well as platelets are on the lower end. Is there a biological connection between the two?
