The key to introspection is knowing when to stop gazing into the abyss, its a mental exercise the more frequently you indulge yourself in solitude and thought the longer you can gaze and fight the monsters of the ego.

I started my channel with hope in my heart.
I’ve failed before. I’ve started over. And yeah… it hurts.
Watching something you care about not grow the way you dreamed can quietly break you.
But I’m still here..Trying again...Refusing to quit this time.

If even one person sees this…that’s enough for me to keep going. Are you going to be my biggest support? We'll celebrate every small win together!

The moment I realized that I too could not stop myself from over thinking, I felt anger towards my own brain for not allowing me to be still and peaceful. I also felt anger at the fact that I cannot be like the people I am jealous of people who can simplify not give a fuck and just live blindly and in silence of all that is wrong. But if I had a choice, and I do, I will always choose to press the button which will benefit others and not just myself. I know, I'm living in a nightmare...

good stuff. the "unexamined life" may not be worth living but the honestly examined life is down right brutal.

It seemed like one of those pointless talks when parents give you at first early on in the video but, the realization that it was made to look that way at first now makes sense.

When I was young, I tried to drink so much alcohol my brain would deteriorate. I didn't want to see anymore. It was, and still is painful.

“The happiest of all lives is a busy solitude.” By Voltaire. Rumination is horrible, a replay that our mind can’t make sense of. Acceptance and revising expectations helps to navigate the minefields of life.

I couldn't blink throughout the video; every moment of it answered me lifetime questions.

Being able to see a destructive pattern and applying force against that pattern in order to grow the Self are two very different things. Don't confuse intelligence with strength, brother: Wisdom requires both.
