  I’m surprised nobody mentioned Behind the Dark Side of Power by Elliot Westmore yet because this is &nbsp;almost exactly the type of question the book keeps circling back to. Not “how do I make money fast” but who designed the incentives, who benefits from them and why do most people never question them. Whether you agree with all the conclusions is another story, but the questions themselves are worth thinking about.
