I know a lot of people shit on this movie when it first came out because they finally made a Black Widow movie after she died but to see the emotional journey Yelena goes from here is very powerful for her

Dreykov is probably one of the scariest villains in the MCU because of how realistic he is. He represents all of the countless men that take advantage of women and girls everyday because they see them as expendable

Fun fact: Young Natasha is played by Ever Anderson, daughter of Paul W.S. Anderson (director/producer of the Resident Evil films) and Milla Jovovich.

I loved Hawkeye and definitely worth the watch for the tie in. I enjoyed most of this one, that ending was way too bombastic.
Looking forward to Thunderbolts.

This marked the final movie that William Hurt (who played Thaddeus Ross) ever made. He died of prostate cancer in March 2022, a few months after the film's release (his condition was already terminal during filming, and there was notable CGI work done to de-age him here). Harrison Ford replaced him in CAPTAIN AMERICA: BRAVE NEW WORLD.
