Whatever guitar he’s playing is an extension of him, his emotions it speaks to us it’s amazing. So much talent. The way all the band members get their time, the way they work together. I listen to them everyday. Fantastic reaction. Thank you. Alchemy live is my favourite.

Greetings from Canada. Concert at the Arena of Nîmes, France. Built by the Romans in about 100AD so that 1,893 years later Mark can mesmerise us. Peace, love and bellbottoms.

Mark Knopfler had written some of the most incredible songs of all time. Top tier and the band always on fire. Knopfler writes so many styles and is impossible to pigeon hole. A virtuoso for sure and plays and sings live like no other. Totally deserving of all the accolades and success. Great reaction.

You should check out Eric Clapton's set at Knebworth '90. During one song he breaks a string and leaves Phil Palmer to improvise a solo while he walks off to get it fixed. His band then sticks around to perform with Dire Straits. Eric and Mark trading solos on I Think I Love You Too Much is wonderful.

Man, Dire Straits is all about atmosphere and experience, especially live. Try out the Alchemy live, Once upon a time in the West, or Telegraph Road. Musicianship at it's finest

Thanks Lee. Such a different style from their normal stuff, but just so good. Mark is just so good on the guitar, doesn't matter what style. I still get goosebumps when Phil Palmer comes in with that guitar 🎸 👌🏻🔥👌🏻🔥👌🏻🔥👌🏻🔥
