How about addressing that you cannot get a house doctor, they are not accepting new patients. You cannot get an appointment. The doctors are now limited to how much they can do per quarter. I have been here for 28 years. It has declined to almost the worst health care reform ever.

Our family has lived in Germany for the past 10 years, and we’ve seen plenty of small changes to the German system along the way (end of solidarity tax, sth here and there).However, none of them have been substantial enough to significantly affect your income.

its not that people do not want to go to work. The German economy and the job market is not ready to give everyone employment. Especially, specialised skilled expats usually are high earners and they have a disadvantage with childcare as their parents (the grandparents of the children) do not live here, usually those family the spouses are not allowed in the job market citing not sufficient German language skills.
