The lesson we've learned today: brian could legitimately pick a teenager up only gripping their head.

Brian might be a small dude who can't lift much, but his wholesomeness and sincereness might be the strongest things in the universe.

Brian doesn't "try" to be humble. He just is. But you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Excellent balance.

Juji and Brian legit seem like they'd be the most encouraging gym partners even to new guys and people just getting started.

When someone incredibly strong and big stands next to one of the world's strongest men and makes him look like a child 🤯

I met juji at the world games powerlifting contest and shaking his hand is a very humbling experience

It is WILD to see how small Juji looks next to our good man Brian.

14:45 Poor Juji having an existential crisis for his missed lift. You're still killing it, big guy. Brian Shaw just affects gravity around him and you get a little weaker as a result in his proximity.

I love when Brian has guests on that you can tell they are good friends. The joking and razzing each other makes the video even better than it already was. Plus, these two are two of the nicest people in fitness.

It's good to see brian and juji are still friends after so long since recording with each other.

I love how calm and gentle Brian is until it's time to lift and then he's in hulk mode yelling
