I wish they added so that some Locks were broken from the get go meaning some doors or crates you forever cannot open without you having infiltrator. Would've made that perk useful!

The lead belly perk footage reminded me of the oddly rare knowledge that holding E/Interact continuously drinks from sources rather than only one sip, DRASTICALLY increasing healing and radiation rate

There are so many underwhelming perks in fallout 3 that by level 30 you could easily justify taking rad absorption and solar powered. This makes it so you have full health and no rads whenever you wait or fast travel.

I feel there should've been a bigger bonus for well rested such as +1 to agility and endurance or a decrease in drain to your hardcore stats.

Not sure if the background footage is yours but if you Hold E you can just continuiously drink so you dont need to keep pressing E

<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKK--seYFf0&t=240">4:00</a> By that point, you should already have the infirmary upgrade to either the tenpenny tower home or the Megaton house, can use it unlimited times to get rid of all radiation. Outside of that, you have doctors that will do the same for a 100 caps. Think even some punga fruits are better at removing rads than that perk.

I love the description of Here and Now: "The Here and Now perk immediately grants an additional experience level, complete with all the advantages that brings."<br><br>It does a good job of making one feel...advantaged.

lead belly is nice for early game imo at least in fo3 since you get so much more health from drinking water compared to the other fallouts, its not essential but it doesnt hurt either

Karma is used for one other thing in fallout 3, it determines what companions you can use I believe. Like I don't think Fawkes (the super mutant) will go with you if you don't have good karma.<br>Just double checked<br>Good karma- Fawkes and Cross<br>Neutral - the mr gutsy and butch<br>Evil - clover and Jericho

I'm surprised the Tag! perk didn't make the list, since all it does is raise a skill by 15 points. Maybe if a skill being tagged gave a bonus to trying to use it for dialogue options, but as it stands, pretty bad.

In reality rad tolerance is good only if someone want to have constantly active Moira repair limb perk, cause give a lesser debuff, and still the more times you get limb broken in fallout 3 even at very hard is cause to explosive, and still you can just take swift walk(don't rember the name)
