  Any word on K1 visas these days?  We filed in January.  We've heard no word at all.  Our child was born July 15th in Manila, Philippines.  The embassy doesn't want to accept a CRBA filing so our daughter can claim US citizenship.   This could mean we'd have to go through the visa process for someone who shold already be a US citizen.  It could take years.

  I filed my marriage-based green card concurrently with I130 and I765 at the first of August few days later I received a letter of for online account and also another letter regarding reuse my biometrics that is waived. On my online profile my green card interview is also checked as completed. Does it result in a faster process? Might they change it and ask for interview again?<br>(I came here with F1 visa and then I filed an asylum case due to my situation that is dangerous for me to come back to my country)

  Out of character??? Trump is married to an immigrant. This actually make a lot of sense. But not because the administration is looking to &quot;pump&quot; the numbers.. Thanks for the info.

  dec 2023, CR1 still waiting..... USA res philippines wife.... Been over there 8 times since then....... contacted senetor, they made inquiry and were told to F off by uscis until dec of this year....

My Case is totally 100% clean ok no kinda Complication at all ok and We are together Since 2016 and iam paying tax from that time ok and Right now iam not working because Law dont Allow me to work ok and iam home Since 12th April 2025 ok

  How much for the I-765 for a marriage base green card? I sent $470 2 weeks ago and it was rejected saying thats the payment amount doesn&apos;t match.

  Thank you for the videos and tons of useful tips about the immigration topics, Darian! My stepdad is pending his F2A interview soon, and I am really worried about it. Edpesially during these hard times under Trump administration for whom we actually voted for. Do you believe that receiving Medicaid by an elderly applicant may cause the greencard denial? Should he cancel Medicaid before the interview if they ask those questions to determine the public charge situation?
