  Harish Bhai,<br>i am 74 and by God.s grace have not yet lost the taste for wonderful varieties of food. And i can digest those, too. Your videos take me back to my youth when i along with two friends explored the streets of Calcutta in search of great tasting dishes. There is so much experimentation even in street food in my city. Like when about forty years ago, I came upon a lady frying and selling Pineapple Chop! The combined taste of sour-sweet pineapple and green chilli still lingers on my tongue.<br>You analyze food items and the secret of their taste very well. Your cameraman is really good. He always knows exactly where to focus and how to make the food appear tantalizing and appetizing. But we never get to see him (it&apos;s a &quot;he&quot;, not a lovely &quot;she&quot; I believe). Why don&apos;t you go behind the camera for a change and allow bechara camerawalla to eat and express his/her happiness? <br>Thank you. Jai ho!

  Being a Kolkatan myself, I now understand why we tend to be fat. Too good and innumerable varieties in food. It&apos;s really hard to maintain figure here.

  Your cameraman has the most difficult job in hand. He has to watch you eat lot of delicious food and then praise it, not sure how he controls himself and just shoots :)
