  There&apos;s a reason why people loving that specific part of this song. Where she starts to get angry and ends up screaming. She went through something really painful and traumatizing. Some of us really can relate to it. When she screams, it feels like we are screaming too, through her. It is satisfying. I personally can feel the anger in her voice. She is tired of that person, she just wants them to leave her fucking alone. She&apos;s tired of being treated like that. Imagine being that tired that you start hating your own city. It&apos;s not easy. Living like that, is defo not easy. I&apos;m sorry Billie. This song is powerful and you are too. I am grateful for this song. I loved this song, every inch of it. Thank you. You are great.

  at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VC17QJXu0nc&amp;t=177">2:57</a><br>- my heart dropped so badly, never have billie used this tone of voice. Her voice is usually so anguish and slow, so much so that it sets a relaxing yet unsettling mood, which is exactly the type of atmosphere through her songs that suits her, now she’s just… she’s just different.

  The first part of this song (to me, in my opinion) is <b>a woman who is holding on</b> . Made me feel like she&apos;s still hoping that everything is going to work out although her partner do no good. She&apos;s aware that the relationship she have isn&apos;t healthy and probably toxic but she&apos;s still hanging there.<br><br>Read: When I&apos;m away from you, I&apos;m happier than ever. Wish I could explain it better. I wish it wasn&apos;t true.<br><br>That &quot;I wish it wasn&apos;t true&quot; line is literally included to my daily midnight thoughts few months ago when I feel like my relationship is falling into pieces. Although I knew to myself where we are heading, I&apos;m still being denial. I&apos;m still hoping that he&apos;s going to pay attention to me and be a better version of himself like he always promised. I hold onto his words because I love him.<br><br>Then noticed that there&apos;s a series of questions on the song: Do you read my interviews? Or do you skip my avenue? When you said you were passing through, was I even on your way? That is a question from a woman who needed a strong assurance, assurance that she is still holding onto something special.<br><br>The other half of the song is clear to everyone. A woman who is fed up with all her partner&apos;s bullsh*t. That she finally sees her worth. A woman so much stronger than before. A woman who is no longer afraid to say the words &quot;leave me alone&quot;.<br><br>Ladies and gents, a woman, before letting go and giving up from her relationship, she&apos;s going to hold on to every bit of hope. But if she&apos;s the only one who is holding on, it will eventually exhaust her. Then the next thing you know she&apos;s gone.
