If you’re the friend who always says, "Maybe next time," know this: you aren't flaky, you’re just protecting your charge. 🏠✨

Staying home isn't about avoiding the world; it’s about choosing a space where you can finally hear yourself think. Whether you're a high-sensitivity seeker or just someone who thrives in quiet, we want to hear from you:

What is the one small ritual that brings you back to yourself fastest when you finally lock the door? The problem I have is that my home does feel like a cage yet I need the rest as the outside would can also be too overwhelming. So I suppose for me I'm in a lose lose situation.
At home I'm overanalyzing and outside I'm also over analyzing, every sound every conversation, people's tone, facial expression, body language. Yhe noise of traffic, planes in the sky, the 30 conversations going on around me at the cafe, the coffee machine steamer. The tyres rolling over the tamac of the gravel in the car park outside the cafe. Whilst my own internal monologue is still playing at the same time. It's exhausting.
Even sleep is t an escape, my dreams are vivid, I catch myself waking up talking to someone about something. There is no calm ever.
I think there maybe 1 day a month where I'm so exhausted by it all I finally crash and feel depleted and that day is amazing as I get some restbite. Until I wake and then it's back to square 1.
