I have never been someone who could easily find his place among people. Conversations, friendships, and human connections often felt complicated to me, but everything became simpler when I stepped onto the streets and found myself surrounded by cats. They never asked me to explain who I was, never judged my silence, and never expected me to be anyone other than myself. All they needed was a bowl of food, a gentle hand, a safe place to sleep, and the reassurance that someone would return tomorrow. Over the years, caring for street cats slowly became more than something I did—it became the life I chose to live. I have carried injured cats to clinics, fed hungry colonies, rescued abandoned kittens, cared for the sick, and opened my home to disabled cats who might otherwise have had nowhere to go. There have been painful days, sleepless nights, heartbreaking losses, and moments when I wondered how much more I could carry, but every time a frightened cat begins to trust me, I remember why I keep going. These cats may never know how much they have changed my life, but they gave me something I struggled to find elsewhere: a place where I belong.
