  Stray Kids' leader Bang Chan actually picked every member that is in their group. They had to compete on a show to prove they were good enough as a group to debut, but he did hand pick them all. Usually groups are created by the company either through a survival show where the trainees compete against each other and the "best" ones become a group, or by managers that think they would work well together. Stay Kids debuted in 2018 and was formed around 2016/2017 and that was the first time an idol actually chose who would be in their group.

  An &apos;ending fairy&apos; is when the camera focuses on a certain member at the end of a performance to kind of finish off the video for a few seconds and that member just poses or acts sexy 😂 A lot of times it will end up being the thumbnail of the video.

  I think it would be really good for you guys to watch a video explaining how the kpop industry works. That can clear up a lot of confusion on certain questions you may have. <br><br>Kpop companies recruit people to join their agency and they provide the training to become an idol. You learn to sing, rap, dance and learn a bunch of other skills. When the company decides they want to create a new idol group, they select the members they want to be in that group from the trainees. They pick the members based on who adds what skills to the team and not which members get along. So there have been many cases of idols hating each other in their groups but at the very least having to fake being friendly or close for fans. Sometimes its misunderstandings based on stressful work environments and they get over their problems as they grow and become friends, sometimes it just gets easier to be colleagues on camera and avoid that person in real life. The only case of the company not picking the members for a group that I know of, is with Stray Kids. I think you should definitely check them out one day. For that group they let the leader pick which members he wanted based on who he liked and who he thought would add certain skills to the group. He had been training for 7 years, so the company thought they would do an experimental thing and trust his judgement on who to select. I could go into a whole other explanation of Stray Kids but I won&apos;t overwhelm you 😂😂

This is called ending fairy, it&apos;s very common in kpop.

  idols train together for YEARS before they debut. over time some trainees get sent home and they&apos;re left with a group of however many people. by the time they debut they know eachother veryy well. people audition and become trainees or some people get scouted and then audition. as for dating, its more the idols manager who is involved. not the company. when theres dating rumours most companies put out a statement saying they wont confirm or deny anything because its not their business. for ending fairies, after performing the camera zooms in on the idols faces and they do a pose.
