Join us in our in-depth, verse-by-verse Bible study through the Book of Romans. In this sermon titled, “The Right Passion the Right Way”, we dive into the heart of Paul's teaching on salvation, faith, and the pitfalls of misguided zeal. Are you on the right path of faith, or are you headed down the wrong road? In this study, we explore Romans 10:1-13, where Paul expresses his deep desire for Israel's salvation and highlights the critical difference between righteousness through faith and attempting to earn it through works. This passage reveals that salvation is not about striving harder but trusting in Christ’s finished work. We also unpack how this truth separates Christianity from other religions—it's all about faith, not works. Key Points: 1. Paul’s Heart for Israel (Romans 10:1) 2. Zeal Without Knowledge (Romans 10:2-3) 3. Christ, the End of the Law (Romans 10:4) This sermon is perfect for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the Bible, those exploring the Book of Romans, or anyone wrestling with questions about faith, salvation, and God’s plan for Israel. Whether you’re a new believer, a seasoned Christian, or simply curious about Christianity, this study will inspire and challenge you to trust in Christ alone. We pray that you are blessed by the message! 0:00 Introduction 6:14 The Desire for Salvation and the Importance of Faith (Romans 10:1-4) 8:12 Paul's Sorrow for Israel (Romans 10:1; Romans 9:1-4) 13:36 Spiritual Passion and Sound Theology Are Not at Odds (James 4:2-3) 18:16 Paul Recognized That Israel Was Passionate About God (Romans 10:2; 1 Timothy 1:12-17) 26:12 Israel Didn’t Understand How God Makes People Right With Him (Romans 10:3) 31:09 A Quote by John Wesley 32:42 A Living Sacrifice and Transformation (Romans 12:1-2) 33:06 A Quote by Greg Laurie 33:23 A New Creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17) 33:46 Salvation by Grace – Not of Ourselves, God's Gift (Ephesians 2:8-9) 34:21 Jesus – The End of the Law for Righteousness (Romans 10:4) 35:11 Jesus Brings the Law to Its Intended Conclusion (Galatians 3:21; Romans 6:14; Galatians 5:18; Galatians 3:24-25) 36:54 A Quote by A.W.
