  This is one of the best, up to date and most accurate assessments of Jacksonville, I moved here 5 years ago for work, Oakleaf area and I loveeeee it here. Every single point made in the video is TRUE.

  If new to Jax, it is best is to rent first 6-9 months to understand Jacksonville and learn for yourself

  I like Jacksonville, it&apos;s been 9 yrs I&apos;ve lived here there&apos;s plenty of hospital&apos;s good health care in my 68 years on this planet ain&apos;t nothing to complain about I&apos;m from Brooklyn NY love it here Peace and keep on truckin 👍🇵🇷🇺🇸

  I’m in total agreement with your assessment! I moved here 18y ago, and lived in Arlington up until 7 years ago. Bought a home on the Northside, and my entire existence has changed. Then going thru the pandemic almost immediately after the move has been something out of a thriller!! Albeit, I still love it here. I just want to go back to Arlington🙏🏽

  This is easily one of the best and most entertaining / honest reviews of JAX I’ve seen. You absolutely nailed it!<br>I’m actually relocating to Seven Pines this winter and I caught the community around the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3puvkocIrw&amp;t=1631">27:11</a> mark, so you were definitely speaking my language. That area is a straight-up Florida honey hole. You’re right by the beaches, Town Center, Mayo, and I-95, all which is hard to beat. <br>And Jacksonville itself? Great food, diverse, military, pro football, hockey, baseball, and of course the legendary &quot;World’s Greatest Cocktail Party&apos;s In The South&quot; rivalry between Georgia and Florida, which gives the city even more personality.<br>Yes, the traffic can be a beast at times, but let’s be honest, it still is not touching Atlanta, DC, or even Tampa on a bad day. Not even close. Plus, people seriously overlook the fact that JAX has an international airport with some clutch direct flights, all without the Orlando Mouse House chaos, which is a huge win.<br>I&apos;ve visited for the past several years and what I love about Jacksonville is that it has its own unique flavor. It is definitely Florida, but being so close to Georgia gives it that extra shot of Southern charm. So you get beaches, oak, pine, and palm trees with a side of manners, character, and just a little drawl in the air. <br>Bottom line: JAX is underrated, well positioned, and just a cool place to be. I think it is positioned to be the next big thing in FL! DUUU-VAAL!

  I moved here 10 years ago, lived in an amazing apartment building in Riverside on the river for 2 years. &nbsp;Bought in Avondale, so I kinda know Jax. My daily errands have no bounders. I&apos;m all over the place. &nbsp;I think you do a very good job of explaining this expansive city. &nbsp;Know what your lifestyle is and you will find it here.
