I kept my Mother’s Art Deco Engagement ring in platinum and diamonds. Three diamonds set in a diagonal line each setting offset by half the width of the other ones. The setting on one end was damaged enough to crack the diamond and break the setting away from the ring itself. I am a jeweller, but am not set up to work platinum…one day I will get it restored for my Brother’s oldest Daughter.
