I am planning a trip to Seoul South Korea and then taking the 2 hour flight to Okinawa.<br><br>The purple sweet potato is an important part of their diet.<br>The old people say that the secret to living to 100+ is ‘stop eating when 80% full, keep moving and never be angry’<br><br>❤️ 🇯🇵

I went to Okinawa in 1963 with my company Bravo 1/5 1st Marine Division. I liked the people in Okinawa. Okinawa was very very hot and humid in summer. It rained a lot and it got quite cold in winter. If I could I would go back for a visit.
