  Using the lazy Susan as spice rack, you can put a round piece of wood (or two), in the center to raise the bottles so you can see the labels that are otherwise hidden.

  For the foam core dividers for the lazy susan you can consider doing two long strips and cutting them each halfway in the middle. Then those are slots to intersect the pieces. A bit sturdier than the half-cut pieces.
