My family lived in Tucson for 8 years. Moved on to Las Vegas. Tucson is where my little brother was introduced to H. He never could quit. Contracted Hep C, which turned into cirrhosis. I held his hand for nine hours while he was dying. Heartbreaking day in my life. I loved him dearly. RIP, Bret Underwood. Forever in my heart.

If you are a solid, hard-working citizen, the laws are fully enforced upon you. For instance, try not paying your city property tax: watch how hard the system comes down on you. If there is money to be extracted, you're fair game. If not, they let you loose to destroy the community. It's anarcho-tyrrany.

Tragedy of those lovely parks is families can't go there for a picnic, kids can't play on the jungle gym, or you can't just relax in the shade. The zombies have claimed it for themselves and everyone is poorer.

As someone that lives here, it's far worse than this video shows.

I am a fifth generation Arizonan. I am from Tucson. I don’t live there anymore. It’s freaking disturbing.

Its here in some of the larger cities in Texas too! Drugs are destroying people. The very foundation of society is eroding. Even if they get off drugs, the damage is done.

I live in Tucson too, I can see the outright use of drugs. It is saddening. It is combined with hopelessness. I am praying for people to upgrade themselves and to realize they are worthwhile. It hurts me to see people hurt themselves!

current Tucson resident, I know exactly where all the places they're driving through are. I've lived here for 20 years; it has been steadily degenerating in all that time. It's dropped off a cliff the last 8 years or so.
