Leaving Denver, last year, two box trucks in front of me, both hit dips on Frwy, dumping debris on road. Result was flat tire after going 60 miles. Tesla sent a tow truck, and towed me all the way back to Denver, to Tesla repair/sales shop. The towing charge was $0. However 2 new tires were required. $800 plus overnight stay in Denver.

About 200K miles combined on our Teslas. So much lower maintenance than ICE cars.
I did learn the hard way that wheel alignment is crucial and tire wear needs to be looked at often. One big pot hole will knock it out of alignment.

I’m at 111,000 miles (2021 model 3) without needing service. Maybe I’m just lucky. My wife’s 2023 model Y just passed 30k miles. The cars have been maintenance free besides tires and wiper fluid.

I've owned my 2023 Model Y for 3-years, I scheduled my first "service" about a month ago. All that needed to be done was replacing the cabin air filter and the HEPA filter, rotating the tires, replacing the wiper blades, and refilling the wiper fluid. I'm super happy with it.

My 2021 Model Y has 174k miles, it requires minimal service, change cabin filter, change tires. I still have my original brake pads.

My 2018 TMS has rolled 100k. Service is so easy. Just put a request in the app and it will be scheduled.
I have changed filters and serviced the brakes a couple of times, thats it.

We had a flat tire on our Model 3 very close to home. We parked in the garage and called AAA. They were useless. Contacted Tesla via the app, and a tech came out the next day to put on a temp tire and took our tire back for replacement. We took the car in a few days later for a quick wheel swap. We were very happy with this fix.
