ICF was done by Century Masonry and ICF Specialists. Loving to see the finished product using Nurdera ICF!

😍😍😍 i want a house like this

The music is too loud and a little distracting.

No warm lighting anywhere? All luxury hotels, resorts, villas, estates have warm lighting, and for good reason. This place is light like a retail store or warehouse. None the less, this is an amazing property, of course!

If I bought this home I hate the cupboards the glass has to go it needs more appliances for 32 million dollars you think it has more appliances than that

how do you get the wine/champagne rack wrong? Nice bottles need to be kept on their side, not upright as shown. The landscaping looks terribly plain, I estimate $3 million just to modernize the yard. All that upgraded construction and you have floating wood staircase? There's a lot of major layout concerns, although I do like the side room in the office, a little back room to throttle the secretary, lmfao. I'd be surprised if you get $10 Million for the house. I would take the first offer of $8 million and cut my losses. Plus you need a proper blue tile roof to protect from direct energy weapons as we've all seen lately on the news. Blue roofs are melt proof.

Weirdest layout of a home ive ever seen... what the heck was that kitchen layout... wouldnt be surprised if this property sells for 1/4 of the listing price.
