Brother, not going to lie. This WHOLE week I was asking for a video with explicit instructions on how to conquer the nafs. I have your book, and it gets easier with time. The past weeks though I felt the thoughts so loud.
Allah literally answered my prayer through you. I kept asking for something direct, with steps I can follow to be more balanced and here it is. Truly, I thank Allah for providing you with knowledge that you share with us so generously. It hasn’t been easy to train the qalb, but with each “shaking of the trunk,” has come more stillness. Alhamdulilah. 🙏🏽

Aslm. I lost my six year old boy two days ago. He was diagnosed with leukaemia at the age of two. Very we belong to Allah, and verily to him we shall return. Alhamdulilah I came across your videos more than two years ago. Your knowledge you've been sharing has helped me and my family on this journey towards Allah. Shukran for sharing your videos may Allah reward you and your family with everything beautiful in this world and the next inshallah ameen...

Qalb, Aql , sadar and al-afidat. We need to do research more in this.

I think the heart is a reflection of the mind and the mind is a reflection of the heart... both being interconnected and interchangeable.

Qalb is not the heart or the mind. I think it is something deeper, and we must tread this path carefully. Wallahuallam

Thro this video, I've learned a tremendous amount not just in finance, engineering, and computing, but in how they all spring from the same source: imagination.
It resonates with what the Quran has always pointed to that knowledge isn't merely acquired, it's uncovered, it's reflected, it's received.

Tesla was right. The universe isn't cold, mechanical, and separate from us. It's vibrational, interconnected, and responsive. The same intelligence that orders the heavens can be accessed through sincere thought, clarity of purpose, and alignment with truth.
What we call 'innovation' is really remembrance. What we call 'discovery' is really resonance.

Thank you for helping me see that!

Good way to start, masha-Allah. When you observe yourself carefully, you begin to notice that thoughts and whispers come like subtle waves — and you can actually block or redirect them. I’ve especially practiced this during salat.

Attaining khushūʿ in salat is itself a practice of stillness. One thing that helps is sitting quietly after each prayer and practicing this awareness consistently through the five daily prayers.

It makes you reflect: “What did I just write? Where did it come from?”
SubhanAllah!
