  I utterly adore the Deltarune community because I don't think I've ever seen a fandom with more prolific theory crafting, and somehow almost all of the theories are both absolutely bizarre and oddly plausible if you think about them enough. And I think that's wonderful!!

  What happened to onion. Did onion just forget? Did onion have a scheduling conflict. Or did something happen to onion when they checked on the song from the sea.

  Any connection between Undertale and Deltarune creeps me out so baddddd, even with the Sans theory. Undertale's universe is so much more depressing and worse for all the characters that any hints of it becoming relevant in Deltarune makes me feel so anxious 😭

  My personal theory is that The Roaring knight is a half-God. <br>In undertale, we find out that when a monster absorbs seven human souls, they become a god. The human shares the mind and body with the monster and their body turns into something so creepy the narrator is uncomfortable with it.<br>i myself believe that Roaring Knight is Dess and, somehow, she absorbed Kris soul and became a half god. <br>Her body is disfigured, Kris and the Knight can communicate without words and the knight copies Kris&apos;s movement a lot. This would also explain where Kris real soul is and would explain that part in the sword route minigame where Dess is mimicing Kris movements.

  To be fair the timer on Kris&apos;s save file is set to zero. So there aren&apos;t that many other explanations that don&apos;t involve resets.

  The biggest Chekhov&apos;s gun for me personally is Asriel&apos;s return to hometown. I think it&apos;s going to be a massive &quot;incident&quot; for the story of the game. It has been alluded quite a few times already that Asriel&apos;s relationship with Kris might be quite bad/damaged currently. Remember taking Asriel&apos;s money from the drawer and reading &quot;you have already took too much&quot;? Or stuff like Kris not wanting to put a candle for his brother in the church. <br>I really think that what happened to Dess soured their relationship a lot, or maybe it&apos;s only from Kris&apos; perspective - they cannot forgive themselves for what happened, therefore can&apos;t &quot;look into the eyes&quot; of their brother. In any case it seems that Asriel is &quot;in the know&quot; of what happened to Dess, at least to a certain extent. The &quot;wiping tears with Asriel&apos;s jacket&quot; line sort of implies that he was there, together with Kris, Noelle and Dess.

  My favourite deltarune crack theory is that FRIEND is Dr Gaster&apos;s pet cat. It&apos;s everything else that everybody says it is as well, but it&apos;s also Gaster&apos;s cat. <br><br>To me, Gaster isn’t malicious, he&apos;s just an outside force that doesn&apos;t see these characters as real people, just as experimental variables. He&apos;s just running simulations with the clinical detachment of a scientist... who probably needs to have a chat with the ethics committee, but he&apos;s not doing harm on purpose.<br><br>My other pet theory is that Papyrus in the deltarune universe is a kid Kris&apos;s age, because Sans says he doesn&apos;t hang out with kids... but he&apos;s inviting them to hang out with his brother? So Papyrus is his kid brother...?

  Honestly your kris timeloop theory makes some sense if you consider how kris is the only person who knows how to press susie’s buttons when she’s still the “new girl” from the spamton sweepstakes short story without being outwardly hostile. Maybe not, i just find it heartwarming to think that Kris was alway’s susie’s friend even if she didnt know at first
