This horse was so willing to accept leadership from the one person who could change her world, "Steve."

Don't worry about giving us long form videos, it's a pleasure to see your work. Would be a pity to only see short versions.

You can see her eyeing you and her owner up, literally thinking out loud as she starts to understand and relax more. She is one gorgeous horse!

This is the most BRILLIANT horsemanship video I have ever watched!  I haven't had horses since the late '80s due to an injury but oh, I could have used this!  I had 2 different impossible to catch but wonderful to ride horses that could have benefited so much from this.  You explain so well why simply teaching the horse to submit to being caught is the base for everything else.  I've heard the slogans like "make your idea their idea" but you show WHY and HOW TO DO IT!

So much patience, so kind, even Steve's tone of voice. This video made my eyes burn the first time he turned and Luna followed. Excellent!

Love the long videos. This is one of the best examples of how clear simple leadership helps the horse feel so safe. Thank you for continuing to teach us all! The place you ate at looks absolutely amazing on such a wonderful sunny day.

Wow Steve! I have this exact same type of horse! I bought her in foal 18 months ago knowing she had real problems being caught. With your help from other videos and a lot of time, I have worked out she must have been hit and the fear of humans was very real and serious. 18 months later, with liberty training as well, my shut down mare will be easily caught, stands at a mounting block without quaking with fear.  Riding her out on hacks now and, lets just say she is very forward going, likes to "jig jog" instead of walking but working on that. What a beautiful girl she is and is very loved x

Steve is very intelligent. He figures out how things work and develops effective solutions. Then he's able to apply the solutions while explaining in layman's terms. No fancy technical words. No showy fast talk. He's patient, kind, consistent, and focused both with the horses and people.  Absolutely the best!
