  There are things that have changed my walk with Christ.  First i do holy communion, then i ask The Holy  Spirit to forgive everyone including myself and thank Him for protecting me and blessing me (i have experienced miracles) both of these have changed my life.  Now i am saying God bless you or them or me.  I was around wicka prople when i was young and have for years had turmoil in my thoughts which made it difficult to sleep or concentrate at times.  I lay in bed and say God bless you or God bless all of you in Jesus name.  I fall asleep whispering this out loud  a few times then mentally.  I am peaceful now.  Even if someone on tv upsets me i do this and it brings me peace.  Amen, come Lord Jesus!
