  For those asking, she said she spent $137,000 on the house and it cost about $15,000 to prepare the utilities on the land. She didn&apos;t mention land cost.

  I’ve watch a zillion tiny home videos but this one stands miles above the others. This is the first and only time I’ve seen a bed with enough room on both sides for ease in making up the bed. I adore that fact that she can stand fully in her bedroom. She is also the only owner who has a wardrobe of more than jeans, t shirts and boots. There is only one thing lacking that would make this home completely perfect, that is a handrail for the stairs. What a gem of a house!

  A very beautiful and useful tiny home. &nbsp;I really like it. Wish more cities would allow to have them within their &quot;city limits&quot;. I would happily replace my 2 story old &quot;barn style&quot; home for one of these. 🏡 ❤

  I&apos;m a single mother living in CA. Been working so hard so I can retire at 50 if things keep going well for me. Bought my first condo this month and I can&apos;t be more proud than I am right now. I&apos;m so glad I made good decisions about my finances that changed me forever.

  Such a nice tiny home! I love the fact that it has a downstairs bedroom, the whole place seems bigger than it actually is. In the bedroom, I&apos;d suggest replacing the overhead light with a nice ceiling fan, which, with a flip of a switch, helps with the air in the summer, and the heat in the colder months. Enjoy your home!

  It&apos;s interesting that I can look at Tiny Houses designed by younger folks &amp; it doesn&apos;t feel like it would quite work, but when I see one designed by someone&apos;s my age range, they always are designed perfectly. &nbsp;It has to do with space around a bed &amp; comfy couches. &nbsp;LOL.

  Lovely home. So sensible to have a bedroom on the ground floor which means you can really age in place. May she be happy wherever she is!

  I absolutely love her home and whidbey island is a great location. Good to know they allow tiny homes. &nbsp;Her interior is beautiful and functional and perfect for a tiny home.
